donald.....

in recognition of the almost arbitrary swings, are we to
rely on wall street wagging europe, and asia....or vice
versa...this is the conundrum that always baffles me
most, along with assessing the reigning obvious
sentiment at the moment.

after all, how does one properly assume a contrarian
stance if noone can agree [or remember ] which is the real
prevailing sentiment anymore? i am sure of only one thing,
and that is, i can't figure out what is good or bad for
the market based on its reactions to news anymore. it simply
defies any logic i know.

(perplexed) flick

Hello Don,

Thank you for your INDEX UPDATE. It is very informative. There are
mixed signals out there. Some experts said that the market will plunge and go down to 6500 level for the DOW in next 4 weeks, at the
same time, other experts ( Such as Marketimer Bob Brinker ) said that
the market is very undervalued, and is on the way to all-time HIGH.

Whom do you follow ? what is your opinion ? Personally, I think
it is better to follow your own trusted indicators ( trading system ).

Regards,

Jim
