I actually have a 4 battery card of GP [Gold Peak] "Green-Charge" Brand AA size Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries in my possession. On the card is an adhesive white label with green letters that read "ovonic inside". "Ovonic inside" is not printed on the card label.

Now that two fellow investors have asked me about this 4 battery card, I must say that I do not know if I bought it in a store or got it as a souvenir at an ECD shareholder meeting. I have had it for at least two years. It is not a new purchase. I did not write the date that I purchased (if I did purchase) the battery card or how I received it.

Obviously if each ECD licensee where required to put "ovonic inside", it would effect the market's evaluation of ECD.
