Actually, I already did in the message that gave you a laugh. The term "most likely" in the phrase: "I would expect RMIL enforcement actions, if any, would most likely occur within the next 6 to 12 months." is intended to indicate that if there is an enforcement action, I believe the odds are better than 50-50 that it will occur in the next 12 months. The word "conceivable" in the phrase "and it is certainly conceivable that no enforcement action might occur at all" indicates that I estimate the chances that no enforcement action will be brought are low. Obviously this is just my opinion. So what do you think the chances of an RMIL enforcement action are and when, if at all, will it occur?
