THERE will NOT be an ISSUE of 150 Million New Shares please go back and READ what I wrote:...

We know that have 100Million Authorized shares...

currently there are some 19+ Million shares issued...

Heck, I don't even Know If this meeting will take place in light of recent events. that still needs to be confirmed!

Furthermore, what I said, is that what is new is that they want to Authorize 50 Million Preferred Shares and change the structure of the voting rights.

please, dont mistakenly twist facts...go to the source.

I will on Monday, to determine whether or not this meeting is still scheduled and if so what is the exact reason for the preferred shares?

since would be the "newly" "authorized" along with WHY?

I would also like to know how they plan to determine whom will hold the "voting" shares of the common?

These along with another list of questions need to be answered...
How many gateways are currently in place in each city and how many
are needed for saturation of each respective country and and what are
the possible
revenues streams to be generated from each country? and what is the cost
of getting all the gateways needed? and how will we pay for the
gateways?

where are the gateways manufactured and what is the cost per gateway
to manufacture and what financing do we have to pay for these costs?

What MOU's do we have? How many Specifically with Whom? and at what
stage are they in negotiation and what are the potential/possible
revenue streams from each? and what is the time frame for completion ie
into contracts?

The List is much larger but those were just a few UNanswered questions I would like adressed before we do any "voting" on anything!

taz man,

You brought up the same point that I made in a previous reply. And that was that possibly the shares have already been issued and therefore the low share price is already reflecting that.

I hope that is the case as that would certainly help to explain the drop. And more importantly it would mean that the share price had already factored in the new issuance.

IF the proposed authorized preferred shares have already been factored in, then the damage has already been done and I would think that the worst would be over.

IF they have not been factored in, then a prudent person would tend to think it possible that the share price might go lower, unless some momentous news was to be forthcoming soon.
