The silence by GBIT says it all folks. It's a done deal

Expect at least 1 and possibly 2 GBIT press releases this week. I got that from a MAJOR shareholder of GBIT by phone last night who calls GBIT's IR just about every day. I plan on calling Liberty first thing Monday morning and I'll follow up with what they say...I also noticed that Liberty posted a bit about GBIT over on Yahoo. I've never seen that before. Very interesting...I know that Liberty has options to buy GBIT stock at anywhere from $2.75 to $8.25. We're a long ways from that. Something's definitely cooking in GBIT land...and I think it will be quite tasty for those who are long...

One thing I want answers to is how a buy-out buy IGHS would affect the convertible preferred stock, if at all. Anyone know? I'll definitely ask that tomorrow.
