Sure Thing, I certainly understand the concept, but I was questioning the number of shares ratio between the "THEY" and the "US" in terms of trading volume.

Do the "few" insiders (I assume it's not broadcast widely) have enough leverage to show up as significant volume or price moves? This may be obvious to some, but I'm questioning the basic premise (strictly from the position of total ignorance <GGG>).

Accepting your response as fact, how do you tell the difference bewteen suspicious, unwarranted (based upon public knowledge) movement which is toward the eventual direction of the stock once the news is out, and movement which is manipulation ahead of the move to permit the insider to load up or unload at better prices?

Is ASND dropping because LU is NOT going to buy, or because the insiders want to buy it at a better price?
