However, now the two stocks are similarly priced, at .18 and .23
on the ask...moreover, there market caps are nearly identical... and
that is why I did it.

Here's the big question. Why did you sell CSMA before September 30th
when the spin off occurs? If you had sold after September 30th, you
would have received the spin off shares of Enviro-Tec and Adhatters.

Did you sacrifice your spin off shares in order to buy SETO at ~.23-
.25?

Do you not believe that CSMA will retain its current value after September 30th?

Is anyone else able to answer the question as to why someone would sell their position in CSMA before the spin off date?

Just curious.
