I don't understand what you're saying. After Sept 30 or what ever the date of the spin off, the spin off shares are not tradeable...yet. They will be restricted. The resultant tradeable CSMA , after the spin off, will have very little value.. If I can sell CSMA after Sept 30 at reasonable levels, then the spin off hasn't taken effect yet...which means I don't get them. So, how can I finesse selling CSMA at these levels and still get the spin off shares? TG
