Thomas ~ Although you addressed your questions to Vic, I'm going to attempt to answer you even though I would suspect that you aren't even interested in knowing the answers. I'm making the attempt for those "present and perspective(sic) shareholders" that you referred to. You wrote: 1) Whatever did happen to Sparrow Marcioni ?? I've haven't seen a formal announcement about her departure. What conditions did she leave under ??? It is my understanding that when mgnt. decided to place the majority of their resourses into developing the 'Tempest', Sparrow (great name!) chose not to be a part as she was set on developing the satelite service division. Why you would assume that there should be an announcement to that affect puzzles me. I called the company MONTHS ago to check on her status. Novel idea, eh? You wrote: Do you know how much the company paid for the Bosnia deal ?? If so, was it paid for with stock, or in cash ?? In the six digits (that would make it less than a mil) and it will be paid off in less than a year from the revenue it generates. Not stock, cash. You wrote: Do you know how much the company paid for this [LDNet] ?? If so, was it paid for with stock, or in cash ?? Is this one producing revenues yet ??? My understanding is that it was also a cash deal which if I remember correctly, it was also less than a mil (I'm shooting from memory here) and there are revenues. You wrote: Regarding the recent Power and Telephone Supply deal, some posters have mentioned that PTS will be stocking Ftel's product, however, from the President's message and I quote " The order has no volume commitment but training will start next month for their sales engineers." ( see link below ), Which is correct ??? The fact that the 'order' as you call it (which implies in itself that there is product involved) has no volume commitment does not mean that it isn't a 'stocking' order. It simply means that PTS hasn't agreed to a minimum order size. Read it again. You wrote: A few posters have also mentioned that the ATT lawsuit has been settled, if that is true, what are the details of that settlement ?? Can you refer me to a news release explaining that?? The last time I asked the company about the AT&T suit (maybe a month ago), I was told that it was still being resolved and they were confident of their position. As am I. I don't believe you will find a press release stating that but you are welcome to look. Thomas, in closing this reply to your questions I will admit that I or no one else on this thread has all of the answers to all of the questions. I will say that I have done an ample amount of DD on this company thru these boards, the Filings, talking with the company's reps. and traveling to both NYC and Westlake Village. At this point in time, I (like many others) am down on my investment. I was blindsided by the shorting of the stock for the conversions as I believe the company was. And at the same time, I also believe that without that financing last fall, Franklin would in no way be as well positioned as they are now. That (this) is the labor before the birth. You can show up on this board every few months and cast your hits to those that pissed you off a couple of years ago (if you find that worthwhile) but you are not informed enough to shake anyone's confidence that has done their homework. I have an agenda. I want to make money investing in this company. What is yours? Are you a shareholder? Or, are you just out to antagonize someone(s) that you felt attacked by in the past. I remember the heat you took way back when but don't you think it's time to let it go? If you really are interested in this company, why wouldn't you call them and ask the same questions from someone who has all of the answers? I would. Anything you're not comfortable with needs to be addressed by Franklin, not me or Vic or anyone else on this thread. ~ Jack
