Jack,

Without going into detail and answering or addressing your answers to my earlier posts and questions. Please know that I do have a few comments in regards to some of your answers. However, I will address the part about me being here. You are one of the few posters whom I respect on this board. I think I have made that clear to you in the past. I do feel you at least attempt to be as unbiased as possible.

As you know, I have been posting on and off here for awhile, I came to this thread as a possible investor, that was quickly taken care of by the " Ftel thought Police ", in response to some questions I had regarding the company. That lopsided defensive stand threw up many warning flags in my mind !!!! I would ask you, haven't you ever questioned the fanatic like following here ??? If so, did not questions arise in your mind about it. I mean most folks don't worship their God or family with such fervor, never mind a company that has little recent track record to show.

At any rate, I've asked many times to leave my name off this thread, those requests are not honored, hence I am back. It is that simple. If you would like, I would be happy to address your answers to my questions now ???

Regards,

Tom

Jack very good post. It is sad that it has to come to this even at this stage of the game. This is not a debate on the possible merits of FTEL. This is structured attack on the company from people for what ever reason that will not acknowledge responses, corrections, or even rational explanations. They in fact move onto to other misinformation or dredging up past mistakes by the company in order to bolster their argument that Franklin is all hype and no backbone.

Obviously from their past news releases they have stated some things that have not come to be. This is exactly why they are not trusted by investors currently until they have the hard numbers to back it up. This also is the reason for the lack of news. They feel it a better approach to let their actions now tell the story until their words can be trusted again. The fact is that audited financials will be out soon for year end and then again for 1st quarter those 2 in succession should shed light on a lot of this companies doings.

For all the slamming going on here you would think that there is a motive to make money by these people no matter how much they say they have no financial interest.

By the way Mr Desousa because you yourself do not own or never have owned FTEL does not preclude you from having a financial interest in what direction the stock goes.

P.SSS Al thank G-d your ok the Keys got whacked. Now I hope those on the gulf coast do ok

Jack & Pat G.

One quick comment, you wrote to me earlier and Pat has mentioned in one of his posts today, about the shorting of preferred shares. I quote from your post below.

>>>>At this point in time, I (like many others) am down on my investment. I was blindsided by the shorting of the stock for the conversions as I believe the company was. And at the same time, I also believe that without that financing last fall, Franklin would in no way be as well positioned as they are now. That (this) is the labor before the birth.<<<<<

Jack, the Ftel S-1 filings list the pitfalls of the preferred, including shorting, those SEC documents were written by the company or their representatives. Good Luck

Regards,

Tom

PS. I just read your note in the above post. You are correct about Jan., but as you can see, a good deal of shares were sold prior. Right now, the best thing that could happen to Ftel shareholders is for Vic to leave this board. he is not an asset to this company, regardless of what he thinks.
