No Clinton is not the worst ever. The Republican party voted against a minimum wage increase to 6.15 an hour by 2000. In a nation where CEO salaries and bonus are 300 times that of the average worker, where the top 1% of households control 33% of the nations wealth, and the next 9% control another 33%, where 15 million children live below the poverty line, and where the biggest growing group of taxpayers is single head-of-household mothers (twice as many women as men live in poverty,) it is absurd, indeed unconscionable that our political representatives will protect the vested interests of the wealthy elite to the obvious detriment of the striving, disenfranchised poor.

It would be fascinating to watch any of those senators trying to support their families on the paupers pay that passes for minimum wage today.

And they say we abolished slavery? Slaves were better housed and fed than many of our "free" americans.

I'll put up with a crooked sex-addict who tries to funnel more money into education over the republican Christian who try to keep their class in control by "privatizing" public schools so they can get more taxpayers money for their Christian Schools, in order to brainwash another generation of Jesus worshippers instead of God worshippers.
