I for one don't know. It is on low volume though.....

Actually VEBA selling out might be a good thing. It isn't as if they have done a great job of running this company.

I suppose it could be all the plant closings. Lots of semi companies are closing older fabs. This is good for the semis, but bad for wafer makers.

We're in the "end of quarter" portfolio dressing season. MM's may
not want to show WFR in their portfolios. -Just a guess. This could at least partially explain the sell off.

p.s. WFR could still go lower (hard to believe) -due to margin calls, now that the price has slipped under $4.
