Okay, my investor packet is on the way and I spoke with Jim this afternoon. He has been working a long time on this - 13 years - and it seems things are now falling into place for him & the company and just beginning to heat up for investors (my words, not his). Jim spoke so quickly that I didn't get all the dates, but they have quite a few trade shows coming up: (didn't get date) Atlanta Oct. 2 & 3 in Ocean City, MD Oct. 4 - 7 in Orlando Oct. 11 - 13 in Atlanta Oct. 12 - 14 in Biloxi, MS Oct. 21 & 22 in Toronto Oct. 25 - 27 in Orlando Oct. 27 & 28 in Tampa Oct. 25 - 28 in New Orleans (didn't get date) New York (didn't get date) New Orleans (didn't get date) Kansas City He projects the shipping of 3,000 from orders to purposely be on the conservative side, although he thinks it may actually be closer to 5,000. They are not presently taking pre-orders. They will only begin taking orders after they have the manufactured samples. The cost to manufacture is $40 each, as previously posted. As to the shares, he said there are 50M authorized, with 37.5M treasury shares. Of the remaining 12.5M shares, there are 3.1M in the free-trading float. The rest of the shares are held by insiders or employees.
