Not yet. All news agencies (except CNW, or course) asked the BCSC to stay VSE implementation of the policy. The stay was granted, so it is business as usual for now. Submissions from all parties to the BCSC are expected in January '99. I don't know how long it will take to reach a decision. For those of you not familiar with the issue, the VSE and CNW formulated a policy whereby all VSE listed companies must use CNW for dissemination of all press releases. Of course, this has major ramifications for the other wire services. See Message 5116234 David
