Thanks Moosie... Well, its been a bloodbath so far today, lots of volume and by price action it would appear that they are mostly sells. It does appear that the volume has slowed a bit though. I called Untited Stock Transfer (the folks that issued the letter on Digitcom's behalf). I am trying to get the exact wording of the letter, as it is not clear to me by what was posted as to whether this would be an additional authorization of 50M preferred shares or an additional total of 150M shares. Since I had the good folks on the line, I asked how many shares were issued. The answer: 19M and change as of this morning. That's right... no further dilution has occurred since this information was posted in August. That should put to rest the fear that the stock has already been diluted without us knowing about it - the fear rumor that was circulating this weekend. Lazarus
