additional authorization . Why would a company request for additional authorization unless they plan to do some selling.

Thanks for sharing the call. I don't suppose the folks at United Stock Transfer offered to email or fax you a copy of the letter did they? I wouldn't mind having one faxed to me. I seem to be out of the loop for receiving information in any form from DGIV.
