Schwab's got a good reputation. I pay $300 a month for level II real-time and direct order entry, (not with Schwab).

I don't know, Truff. Triple average daily volume, up hard, that normally constitutes a breakout. Normally you would expect giving back at least half by the close, but this thing just plummeted after the high. Don't have a clue about what to expect for tomorrows' trading. bp

Truff, the Scwhab servers were messed up for a bit this morning but couldn't you place the order over the phone?

Might be worth your while to check out the Gold Circle trading plan with Fidelity. Better overall rates than Schwab with timely, reliable execution, and you get to place orders with knowledgeable brokers rather than just thru the internet.
