In doing a little DD of my own, it sounds as though the shares in question are not going to be issued, that it was 50 million (not 100) and that hopefully, some institutional buying is coming in real soon.... If I were them, I'd wait for the rest of the panics to get out so they can get a better price..... Silver, I have no problem with your sharing whatever you choose to do with your own investments. When I said this is a personal thing, what I meant was that it is personal to each of us whether we share that or not. I must say, what has been going on is bizarre, and I have wondered whether the lawyers or some institutions are purposely shaking investor confidence this way in order to buy in at cheap prices. Why else would you send out a letter months late with a wrong date, giving wrong info on the number of shares they are issuing or not issuing, send out a pr release saying the company might never go nasdaq, etc. If so, all I have to say is that those institutions better have deep pockets, because they are going to have a class action suit on their hands for manipulating a stock if that is what they are doing.
