Good Evening and Welcome Dr. Mike,

I've heard so much about you... is that redneck speaking to you again?

As far as your question goes... quite frankly, I don't know the answer to that... seems to me that most institutions and funds have their own rules and regulations governing the type of investments that managers may make on their behalf. I do know that if I was a fund manager, I wouldn't be touching this stock until I had a whole lot of questions answered. Of course, I am still invested, but it is with my money and not other's money... and I am willing to risk a bit more with my money than I am with someone else's money.

BTW, I seem to vaguely recall that Roger Templeton, DGIV's IR VP, mentioned something about a fund in PA that was either invested or thinking about investing in the April / May time frame... that, I believe was in an informal chat session that we had with him.

If anyone else remembers the details, I would appreciate them posting it... not that it matters much... just sort of a curiosity.

Anyway, good luck on your investments, including VVUS.

Lazarus
