Bill, We need to hear news that DISK's e-warehouse is open for business. The stock is stuck at this point an needs some serious upward volume to close out the shorts (There is somewhere between 500-800K short position in this stock). When things start to move they could really move. What is your read on the timing of this announcement? My guess is mid OCT prior to earnings (which should not look to bad from a DVD standpoint) Also, at this price I would think that DISK is attractive as a buy out. Any comments? Lastly, is there any word on that law suit ( I forgot who they sued) but the amount was worth the entire corp and then some at these prices. I would expect a quick settlement (for a lot less).
