To anyone, I was under the impression that the homes were pre-built. If those are pylons upon which the houses must rest on, the tide must be out. The affordable housing website also has a lousy artist rendering of a home like the last link on your post. Neither one has Belize landscaping and look like the efforts of someone with no resources.

Nobody took pictures of the homes? Or isn't there any set up?
