Henry, Re: Chinese wall I appreciate your comments with respect to the foregoing. I have also dealt with numerous Chinese walls in a legal firm setting. By and large, I agree with your comments. Yet I believe it is at least possible that the apparent magnitude of the LTCM situation will create distortions not present in many "wall" scenarios. The New York Post (and I don't at all vouch for its veracity), reports the "sniping" interfirm may have already begun. Not the same issue to be sure, but perhaps illustrative of the pressure.
