LaShark, I'm not Byron, but...

The Louis International contract did not get done. The announcement made way back when indicated that a letter of intent had been signed not that the deal had actually been delivered.

Cheryl Mitchell told me last week that the contract would be pursued again after the first of the year, though others have posted more recently that Digitcom has already re-opened negotiations.
