The Street,
Too bad we couldn't get a full investigation into GW. Maybe we would know a lot more about it's past and why they haven't yet filed the promised Form 10. I have been suspicious of their reportedly "audited" numbers for some time. Hopefully my suspicions are misplaced.

I wouldn't be too sure that Velmer isn't under investigation. The S/A Advisory is listed on the stock detective page along with all the other pump and dump newsletters.

JAWS told the SEC they did not pay Velmer. The SEC went to Velmer anyway! The trading after each of his sell recommendation says something. I didn't witness his original purchase recommendation but I am sure it helped the stock. I think Velmer front runs every recommendation he makes including selling short before a sell recommendation.

If the SEC is looking into the trading activity of JAWS then they are going to have to consider illegal shorting.
