There's nobody on TV but meterologists. I believe the Latin term is: Excrementis Impactis Ventilatis. Bloody Terror. "What the hell was that sound? I'm too young and cute to die!" Relief. "It's trashing the Keys and leaving my house intact. Phew! Thought I'd never get out of this diaper......"

Well there ColleenB, there is nothing in any of that which suggests that Alpha National Building Society (ANBS) exists in Belize, is a subsidiary of Affordable Housing Group, Ltd. and is licensed to do mortgage banking and/or financing in Belize. Kick up all the other distractions you want. This is still unestablished. Your boys could come up with the paperwork to show Affordable Housing was a company in Belize, then they should be able to come up with the paperwork now to show that ANBS has been duly constituted and licensed there as well.
