Seems to me that the market is retesting the low of early last year. If so, I'll be sorely attracted at about 10, with a p/e around 12.

I think the reason why the announcement of a share repurchase program is not making a dent is because every other company with a beaten down stock is doing the same thing. That and trying to swim upstream against end-of-the-month/quarter sellers.
