For what it is worth ... This is all second and third-hand, but might have bearing on the ODIS price. I'm told (and personally know of at least one case) that ODIS has recently lost salespeople. Not happy with company performance, not happy with their opportunity to make commissions. Salespeople are often the canaries in the coal mine, so I find this tidbit interesting. Bad news may be coming. Sea Otter

Long Term Capital may have something to do with this sell off on such high volume? Maybe a stretch -- maybe not. They are both in the Cambridge area, and many well healed investors of LTC may be liquidating other positions. I actually bought another block at 5 1/8 and 1/4. The Fed 1/4 point caused an immediate sell off in every tech stock I own except PMTC and NOVL. Too many good relationships have been built recently for this company to be headed for the tank. A little gamble, perhaps, but the rewards may justify! Let's hope....
