NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1998--Delta Three, Inc., an international Internet telephony services provider and subsidiary of RSL Communications, Ltd. The new company will mass market to Quintel's database of 38+ million residents in the United States and Canada a broad menu of Internet telephony services.

Delta Three Direct will create a mass-market appeal for IP telephony long distance calling products and value added services such as enhanced messaging, conference calling and online billing.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the posting the announcement. When I founded the
VON Coalition back in March, 1996 I do so because I thought it was the right thing to do at the time. It's great to see that after two years it has become a formal not-for-profit organization.
