We have a winner here so don't become frustrated, especially with
the bashers.

Just had an interesting conversation with Dave Williams at Realty Money Center. He is very upbeat about the company. Here are some
of the major points of our conversation.

** The finalization of the acquisition of Realty Money Center by
PanAmerican Bancorp is very close. He is being faxed the final paper-
work today which is also being filed with the S.E.C.

** Realty Money Center has twelve offices across the country. States
that they are in currently include New York, Nevada, California, Florida and Texas. Each of these offices is independent and very cost
effective, per Dave. The company is ready to open new offices such as in Utah.

** Realty Money Center is growing at a rate of 15% per month. He expects revenue to be double in 1999.

** The new web site for Realty Money Center will be in operation in
15 - 20 days. It will allow people to make mortgage applications over the internet.

** The company is doing business regularly with other companies similar to the loan commitment to N.R.P.I. for 2.5 million dollars.

** The name change to PanAmerican Bancorp has already occurred since
the meeting.

** Insider Trading is up and running. People are trading using their
software.

** A new public relations office for the company will be open within
a couple of days. This office will issue timely and continuous press
releases. The telephone number is (516) 232-2221.

** Expect press releases any day, per Dave.

Sorry, thought the post was yours. Curious, as to why you would want to post that, and then have to reply to your own post, yourself? You could just as easily have answered the person's question on Raging Bull? In other words, there was no necessity to post someone's statement of doubt from another board here, other than to satisfy their need to indirectly inject negativity on this thread. JMO.
