Perhaps the intent of the Lawsuit was just to cripple AETI. (Looks like they succeeded, without new contracts, this one might not recover.)

I told to AETI Ken this morining, need to clarify that they are going to report the earning on Dec. not Oct., they still working on the financial data, do not have the idea yet if they could beat the estimate 0.55/share.
