What does WCII have that they, the Europeans, can't get in Europe themselves ? They can buy radios and antenna from the same vendors as WCII. The wireless technology is public domain. They can buy the licenses from ARTT for that limited area, whatever it is. Do we know that 38 is available thruout Europe ? It doesn't have to be 38 anyway and WCII doesn't have it there anyway. What are they getting if they buy or partner with WCII in Europe ?

It's been a long day and I may not be seeing the obvious.

BTW, I never did see a buy recommendation on ARTT by A.Brown
