You say it's personal and you need a President you can trust; with what do you entrust him with. He doesn't live in your everyday world. The only function that is personal to you is the macro policies he is for and against. What did you want from him to begin with that you now aren't getting? For me; I voted for him because I trusted that he would veto bills that were extreme coming out of the Republican House. There have been some extreme bills. They wanted to zero out many Federal programs that I value. They wanted to get rid of the enforcement funding for agencies that do things I think are important. I voted for Clinton to make sure that money raised by the Federal government out of my middle class paycheck came back to me in middle class programs; not some big tax cut for the super rich. He has done what I wanted him to do and continues to do it. Why should I feel he has personally done anything against me? You have a childish simplistic expectation about the role of the President it seems. You can't diferentiate his role from some yokal you might have over for Sunday dinner. I didn't vote for Clinton to be my Sunday dinner guest. I voted for him to function in the unique role that only the Presidency represents. He is doing the job I ask him to do. The Republican's are against what I want done in this country. Why would I support them especially when their ethics are not better than Clinton's.
