Remember also in Jack e-mail that balance sheets weren't being provided to Nite either and they are currently on the Ask. Frankel is out of the picture now at 1.05 or something like that, they are probably trying to buy shares back from other MM's, I'm sure if we see them trade after Oct 2nd, the SEC/Nasdaq will be getting a call from our lawyer. Also, I talked to the Federal Courthouse yesterday in NM and the judge still hasn't made a decision on our case for full disclosure on AOL. It has been over 30 days now and I was told they take 30-60 days most of the time. So we can be expecting to hear anything from the Judge after next Monday is my guess, and either way, a decision from the Judge will allow us to submit our financials sooner and get fully reporting. The day went just as planned for the longs here at BNEZ. Wild stock swings, but we closed up a nice 15% again, and when you think about the dollar volume verses last week 1,000,000 shares, .32= 320,000 1,200,000 shares, .88= 1,056,000 now that type of money volume is going to start to attract bigger players and there is a hot rumor out that Technicell or something like that, ( a disty ) that Jim B mentioned, is firming up their first order for next monday. I would expect 1 news announcement each week for atleast 5 weeks straight. Maybe even more. Remember, these are all my opinions and how I see it. mitchell
