The last insider buying was, I believe, in late 1996 when insiders bought large blocks of stock around $22-$24. The stock did go to 38, and they held. The company bought almost 900,000 shares earlier this year near $16-$17. You would think they would take advantage of this price if the could or if they wanted to.

As Tom points out in the prior post, insiders haven't shown that they are good traders anyway, (in fact they have shown that they are downright awful traders) so I wouldn't read much into it even if they did buy.
