I'd rather the the government take my money with the hope of getting it back with Clinton vs. the the government taking my money and never seeing it again as with the Republican's. I certainly don't think that if we cut taxes in half and got rid of Social Security and Medicare that I would be in better shape than now; I'm sure of that.

Family values; that must mean that when my parents who are in their late 70's and with health problems can come to me and my brothers to pay for their medical bills after Medicare is zeroed out. This after they have been bankrupted themselves by those medical bills. This isn't some abstract thing; that is exactly how this would go in my life today. I would be getting more take-home pay, have lower taxes and be making less after I have to cover my parent's bills and put more money by far into retirement to cover my own precarious future.
