I'd think it would have to be... every other financial should have been impacted favorably I would think... unless it was just sell the news since the expectation was built in. Oh well - was out of ammo anyway .

There was a article in the Dallas Morning News today by Marcy Gordon which stated that Chase was exposed to the hedges in the amount of 3.2 Billion, of which all but 300 Million was secured by cash, T bonds, corporate bonds, and other securities. It wasn't clear whether the 300 mil of unsecured coincided with the 300 mil which Chase contributed to Long-Term Capital.

I went to the DMN web site to see if I could send you the article, but it wasn't listed.
The article was about 16 column inches, so it wasn't a major one even though it wasn't a small one either.
