Actually Ed, I believe if you look closer those options at .94 weren't actually exercised. All that the chart shows is that they were granted not that they were exercised. My other point was that he may never have actually sold any of those shares. They may have all been transfers into other accounts of his own to make it look like there was trading and to make his insider report look as if he was selling. Then again who knows??!!
