Larry,

There were some pretty strong accusations in that post. The money is intended to be used to pay down the debt that IPM owes. The only problem that I forsee with this proposed merger is the extraction has not been shown beyond a shadow of a doubt. What would you think of the merger if the extraction method were already proven and known to work?
