Price goes up when there is more buyers for less shares to be sold. The volume must be massive to see a substantial increase in price. This is so obvious. 90 million share floating is one major reason this stock is staying flat.

The company has 90 million out. They are not raising any money through stock. If you notice there is one market maker absent today (MULE) they are the ones leaning on it of late. It does not mean they were shorting. They might have sellers!
