The NYSEBP is a measure of risk, SBerglowe, and when it reverses up as it recently did, from below 20%, the implications of the reversal are bullish. When the NYSEBP is in Bull Alert status, in the great field position that it currently is at 30%, market risk is by no means eliminated, but rather, much friendlier to the investor. With the wind at our backs as investors, we can buy strong stocks with bullish RS that have a good fundamental story, and can have confidence that our investment will work out. When the NYSEBP is in a bearish mode, most investments on the long side just don't work that well. The odds of a losing trade are greatly increased.

Take care,
Bruce
