The excuse that Cistron will not do a stock buy back because they are trying to conserve cash is lame.

MATCH WHAT THE TWO OFFICERS LEFT AT CISTRON HAVE BEEN PAID SINCE THE IMNX SETTLEMENT IN A STOCK REPURCHASE. THAT FIGURE IS NOW IN THE $800,000 RANGE.

I guarantee you that shareholder value will be enhanced greatly!

The 10K reiterates the 10/30 date for entering into a definitive agreement with PMC. It also indicates that Bluestone is history and CIST is "currently soliciting the engagement of another investment banking firm".
