Zeus549 I firmly believe that there is no "substance" to this as far as the company is concerned. It is an inquiry driven by the 17b rule and little more; Velmer stepped in it with his gratuitous and inaccurate rantings and he will pay the price if there is one to be paid. And the SEC does not "stop trading" on a whim. As for Nutstoo pulling certs, the collective group that has posted on the unofficial site owns more than he does. If we were to pull our 5 million plus certs, it would be game, set and match.
