It could be that they are putting up the info about the Alert from the Central Bank of Belize about Affordable Housing not being licensed to do mortgages in Belize.

It could be that they are putting up the info about good news taking place in Belize, about how Affordable Housing is being licensed to do mortgages there.

Since we don't know just yet, I guess we can wait and see if the glass is half full or half empty.
