Frank,

Sorry for not reporting in as I promised but I have been moving my company and I have been very busy to say the least. I am on my way to the BUGS Factory after I press submit. As far as why the stock is down, simple! Somebody who has shares from way back is still unloading them. I would be shocked if much more stock was sold. That Poor desperate fool! The company is fundamentally more sound than it ever has been in the past. I am betting we all get good news buy Christmas.

Frank,

Reporting in as promised. I went to the plant, and that is exactly what it is a giant plant. It is still in the organization/move in stage but the operation is extremely impressive. They were moving in the final pieces of office furniture and some lab equipment and large amounts of raw materials were visible in the lower warehouses when I arrived. I also met "The Bug Lady" Mery Robinson, very gracious and highly intelligent.

The building is comprised of 3 main areas. The entrance leads you upstairs to the corporate offices which includes the sales department, executive directors offices, computer rooms, and labs etc. Downstairs is an adjacent room that is going to be 2 separated labs. One lab being small and the other very large. I would guess the room is aprox. 50 yards long and 30 yards wide with a 40 foot ceiling. The third room is gigantic(aprox. 70 yards long and 40 yards wide and is to be used for blending of the product. It looks like a hangar for a 747.

I was told that sales should begin by Nov. 1st. I would imagine the company would be putting out a detailed press release sometime soon explaining more what is coming in the near term. It all appears to be going forward not only as planned but right on schedule. All I can say is I am still very bullish on BUGS even though I am 50% out of the money at present. I will be keeping a close watch on the company in the next 2-4 weeks to see if they meet all of the projected plans.
So far so good!
