Hell'o solution, VIAS will not break out of the current trading range based on good news. Earnings and only earnings (barring a takeover) will drive the stock price higher. The Y2K and Euro conversion must be dealt with. There are no options if commerce is to continue. VIAS must capitalize on the opportunities available, again; were talking profits. Time will tell.
