Only since the Spring time frame. Sometimes they diverge for several months, sometimes they converge. I think I recall arguing that point on Stock Swap last Spring and now that you mention it, I had a long term projection then that the Fall would see them re-converge.

Whatever. I'm not going down that road anyway.

I see the U.S. Budget has a surplus. I guess the IRS cashed my check.
