Not at all. Con men do things like that all the time. You can't rely on them not being brazen for goodness sakes. I'm not saying that PRWT is doing this one way or the other, but your argument doesn't hold any water that having a stockholder meeting means that there is no scam. Believe what you want, but I think it has no basis. JMO.

David, jhild can understand logic, simple logic anyways, but the only way he understands how to USE it, is to twist it, use half of it to turn it into a lie, or to ignore it. It's quite useless to get him to respond rationally to logic. I suggest you don't waste your time trying to instruct him on it's proper use. Hows the saying go... Instructing a foolish man, and he'll hate you for it. Instruct a wise man, and he will profit from it.
