Win98 may be masking a Win95 bug? It sounds like a coverup. Perhaps we should point Ken Starr towards that one ;^)

Yeah, now that's an intelligent post. I guess Win98 is masking all of Microsoft's timing loop problems. Probably on the Pentium II-450 also. Good thing. This was strategic planning on their part. You Moron.
