Seems to me that lower interest rates are good for a mortgage company. Ability to refinance portfolio at lower rate and also stimulate re financing and new loans.

It sounds like it might be about time for the CEO to show some leadership and tell his attorney that HE still is running things. A short dispatch updating shareholders on the status of things should not bend any legal rules I would think.
It would certainly put many of us at ease.
