can you guys honestly say that this is the first quarterly report you've read that states that the company doesn't currently meet standards for being listed on NASDAQ?

-Yes, I have seen other annual reports with such information and in every case that I can remember those companies have gone out of business or are selling for pennies. Those sorts of statements are standard for companies that are in the process of being flushed down the toilet.
